Joe & Rochelle Bieber are the founders of Proclaim Jesus & are missionaries in Santa Cruz, California. They have planted a local church, and have started house churches throughout the surrounding region.

They lead a team of missionaries with a strong emphasis on outreach & evangelism. Joe and Rochelle love partnering with churches through itinerate ministry nationally and interanationally. Hosting revival meetings, training & activating them in evangelism.

Joe & Rochelle believe in the power of the Holy Spirit and that the gifts of The Spirit are for today.

They believe that leading someone to Jesus doesn’t just look like a prayer you pray, but a life surrendered to the Lord Jesus. They have a strong emphasis on people getting baptized in water and the Holy Spirit soon after conversion based off Acts 2:38 “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
